What is anxiety?

Many individuals asked, and may even suffering from it but they don’t know that they have it. Anxiety or most commonly known as worry or angst, is a psychological and physiological condition of a person that is characterized by somatic, emotive, rational and developmental mechanisms. - Make a planner or scheduler for your task or payments that needs to be done. Being systematic to everything you do will have a low risk of experiencing anxiety.
- Let go of the past. Yes, it may be difficult to do so but you have to learn to let go of your past that can disturb you emotionally. Those things/situations that happen in the past are in your past, no matter what you do, you cannot change the past, so it would be better that you let go of it and focus your energy in planning for your good future.
- Get yourself moving. When are alone and doing nothing, tendency is you will start thinking that might lead you to think negatively, especially when you are down. Better you keep yourself busy.
- Make daily exercising a habit. When you are healthy, you will have a low risk of being sick and therefore you don’t need any drugs that may trigger anxiety. Aside from the fact that doing exercise will not just make you healthy but you will be physically in shape also thereby boosting your confidence.
